At first we thought that Koreans were being a tad dramatic when they spoke of the "monsoon season". How bad could it really be if it only lasts two weeks? Well, entering into our anniversary weekend, the waterlevel in several South Korean regions had reached record heights. Most major highways and bridges were closed.
